1. The service
Terrunia is a discovery and advisory platform for verified primary real estate. We are not a party to any purchase contract between you and a developer, and we are not a licensed financial adviser.
2. Listings & pricing
Availability, pricing, payment plans and handover dates are indicative and subject to confirmation with the developer before reservation. We verify listings in good faith but do not guarantee completeness or that information is error-free.
3. No investment advice
Nothing on this platform constitutes investment, legal or tax advice, and past market performance never guarantees future returns. Obtain independent professional advice before buying.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts used for spam, scraping, fraud or circumvention of our advisory process.
5. Developers
Developer-submitted inventory is reviewed before publication. Submitting a listing does not guarantee publication. Direct circumvention of platform-introduced leads may result in removal.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Terrunia is not liable for losses arising from decisions made on the basis of platform content. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
7. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
