Terrunia ("we", "us") operates this platform for discovering and enquiring about verified real estate projects. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the rights you have over it — including the rights granted by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

• Account data — name, email address, phone number, country and buying purpose, when you create an account.
• Enquiry data — the details you submit when enquiring about a property (name, contact details, budget, message).
• Usage data — anonymous, aggregate page-view counts for property listings. We do not store IP addresses, device fingerprints or per-user browsing behaviour.
• Saved items & comparisons — projects you save or compare, linked to your account (or stored only in your browser if you are signed out).

• Contract — to run your account and respond to your enquiries.
• Legitimate interest — to route your enquiry to one advisor, prevent abuse, and understand which listings attract interest (in aggregate).
• Consent — for anything beyond the above, we ask first.

Your data is stored in the European Union (our database and authentication provider, Supabase, hosts this project in Paris, France — eu-west-3). Transactional emails are delivered by our email provider acting as a processor on our instructions.

Your enquiry is visible to our advisory team and — only for the specific project you asked about — the developer of that project. We never publish your contact details, never sell your data, and never pass it to unrelated brokers.

We use only strictly necessarycookies: the session cookies that keep you signed in. Your comparison basket and cookie notice preference are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your device. We use no advertising or third-party analytics cookies — which is why we don't need a consent wall.

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Enquiries are kept while relevant to an active or potential transaction, then archived or deleted. Anonymous view counts contain no personal data.

You may request access, correction, export, restriction or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. To exercise any right, use the contact page or email us — we respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
